About Jericho
A small UK agency built around one idea: that you should be able to check what you paid for.
Jericho Agency runs fixed-price press campaigns for independent musicians in the UK. We started it in 2026 because of a gap that had become impossible to ignore.
The gap
Reputable UK music PR starts at around a thousand pounds for a single and mostly will not go lower, for an honest reason: hand-building a media list and writing two hundred personalised emails costs real money. Below that floor sits the submission-tool tier at thirty to a hundred and twenty pounds, which has its uses but is not a campaign.
Between roughly two hundred and seven hundred pounds — which is where most independent artists' actual per-release budget sits — there was almost nothing credible. Artists in that band were choosing between something they could not afford and something that would not work.
What changed
Two things made the middle possible. Research and drafting can now be AI-assisted, which removes most of the hours that made a campaign cost a thousand pounds. And asset production — press kits, landing pages, artwork, video edits, advertising campaigns — is something we already do in-house, so bundling it into a press campaign costs us a fraction of what buying it separately costs you.
Every pitch is still reviewed and personalised by a person before it goes out, and every media list is built and checked by hand. The tooling removed the grunt work, not the judgement.
Why the transparency
We went looking at how the rest of the market presents itself before we built this, and the pattern was consistent. Almost no UK music PR agency publishes its prices. Almost none tells an artist who is being pitched. The documented complaints about the category are remarkably uniform, and they all reduce to the same sentence: I don't know what they actually did.
So the entire offer is built to make that sentence impossible. The price is on the website. The media list is approved by you before anything is sent. Your assets arrive in week one, before we take any risk on your behalf. Every pitch is logged where you can see it. And we do not promise coverage, because nobody honest can.
Where we are now
We are new. We have no wall of testimonials because we have not earned one, and we are not going to borrow, buy or invent one — the industry has quite enough of that already.
Our first ten artists get the Single Campaign at £395 instead of £695, in exchange for letting us publish the complete campaign report afterwards. Everything: who was pitched, who replied, who declined, what landed, what the advertising did, and what did not work. That is how we intend to build a track record. In public, with the numbers attached, including the bad ones.
How we work
Remotely, across the UK and Ireland. We do not have a shopfront and we do not charge you as though we do. Campaigns are run by a small in-house team covering press outreach, design, video, web and paid advertising, which is why the package includes as much as it does.
If you want to know who you would be dealing with directly, ask on the contact form and we will tell you before you commit to anything.
What we won't do
Guarantee coverage
Editors decide what they publish. Any agency promising placements is describing something outside its control, and it is the single clearest warning sign in this industry.
Sell you a retainer you don't need
No minimum term, no automatic renewal. You buy a campaign for a release and then decide whether to buy another.
Take a booking we don't believe in
If your timeline is too short or the money would do more work elsewhere, we will say so at the enquiry stage rather than three months later.
Invent social proof
No borrowed logos, no vague claims about artists we have "worked with", no testimonials we cannot stand behind. When we have results, we will publish them in full.
Tell us about your release
Send us the track, the date and where you are. We will tell you honestly what a campaign could achieve for it — and if the answer is 'not much yet', we will tell you that too.
