Privacy policy

This policy explains what Jericho Agency does with personal data collected through this website and in the course of running campaigns. It is written to be read rather than to be legally impenetrable.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you submit through the contact form: your name, artist name, email address, location, genre, release date and message.
  • Campaign data where you become a client: assets you send us, contact details, and the records of outreach conducted on your behalf.
  • Analytics, if enabled, in aggregated and anonymised form.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, to deliver a campaign you have booked, and to meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Client records are retained for six years to meet UK accounting requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the enquiry form and we will action it within one month.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies by default. If analytics are enabled in future, this page will be updated before they are.

This is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before the site goes live.

Tell us about your release

Send us the track, the date and where you are. We will tell you honestly what a campaign could achieve for it — and if the answer is 'not much yet', we will tell you that too.
