Terms of service

These terms govern campaigns booked with Jericho Agency. They are summarised here in plain English; a full contract is issued on booking.

What we provide

The deliverables listed for your chosen tier on the pricing page, delivered within the stated campaign window. Assets are delivered before outreach begins. The media list is provided for your approval before any outreach is sent.

What we do not provide

We do not guarantee media coverage of any kind. Editorial decisions belong to editors and are outside our control. Any representation to the contrary is not made by us and should not be relied on.

The coverage remedy

If a Single Campaign secures zero placements, your next Single Campaign is provided at no charge. This remedy is limited to one campaign per client and is not exchangeable for a refund.

For this purpose a placement means published editorial coverage, a confirmed radio play, or a confirmed playlist addition, in each case on a third-party outlet from the approved media list, and excluding paid placements, our own channels and syndicated reposts of the same item.

Payment

Fifty per cent on booking, fifty per cent on delivery of assets and approval of the media list. Prices exclude VAT. Advertising spend beyond any included credit is paid by you directly to the platform.

Changes and cancellation

Release dates may be moved at no cost provided outreach has not begun. Once outreach has begun a campaign cannot be cancelled, as the work has been performed. Before outreach begins, the balance payment is not due.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have licensed the material supplied to us, and that we may use it for the purposes of the campaign. Delays in supplying assets may affect the campaign timeline.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
